Job Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage employee data, salary adjustments, and overtime claims
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as CPF, IRAS, and other government submissions
- Generate payroll reports and support monthly closing activities
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits
- Liaise with HR and Finance departments on payroll-related matters
- Support audits and ensure proper payroll documentation is maintained
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business / Human Resources / Accounting or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately
