Responsibilities
- Data Wrangling, Preparation and Consolidation: Clean, organise and transform raw HR data into structured formats, ensuring accuracy, consistency and relevance for analysis; establish and maintain robust HR data collection framework across various HR systems & off-systems processes; ensure data integrity and seamless integration from multiple sources into a unified repository.
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyse and interpret HR data across employee lifecycle stages, identify trends and actionable insights; forecast future HR trends and outcomes; predict employee attrition; optimise recruitment processes.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate people insights; apply data storytelling to create compelling narratives around data insights to drive understanding and action; present findings to senior leadership to inform people decisions.
- Strategic Data Initiatives and Projects: Support HR digitalisation project as the Data Champion to define data requirements of a HR platform, working with various HR teams for data mapping and integration, define data governance policies; support the identification of data projects by collaborating across HR teams and business units to understand the problem statements; support the identification of HR metrics that will drive positive people decisions and outcomes; propose actions to set targets, track, monitor and improve.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in people analytics or a related role.
Knowledge & experience in HR domain would be useful.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in SQL, Python/R to handle large datasets
- Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau or Power BI to create intuitive and interactive dashboards.
- Statistical Analysis: Ability to conduct robust statistical analyses to derive actionable insights.
- Data Storytelling: Skilled in crafting compelling narratives around data to drive understanding and engagement.
- AI and Machine Learning: Some knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques to build predictive models and enhance HR processes would be useful
- Self-starter, strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Employment terms: All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
