As People & Culture Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Work with P&C business partners and other stakeholders in terms of recruitment matters such as to arrange for interviews, prepare and present Letter of Appointment to selected candidates, etc
- Execute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for the assigned business units
- Drive employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
- Administer P&C policies and procedures within the Hotel
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees' data
- Manage various colleagues' communication channels such as noticeboards and other engagement channels
- Plan and organise activities and programs for colleagues engagement
- Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues' facilities (E.g. locker room, colleagues' cafeteria, resting area, notice boards, etc.)
- Benefits and claims administration
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisor
As People & Culture Executive, we expect from you:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Preferably with experience working as a HRBP in hotel or tourism industry
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Outgoing and people-oriented
- Displays initiative and willing to learn
