**The Role – People & Culture Intern**
As a People & Culture (P&C) Intern based in Singapore, you will support strategic projects and initiatives focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) People & Culture team.
You will work closely with the P&C Organizational Business Partner team, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and strategic programs, providing a strong foundation for a career in human resources.Key Responsibilities
**P&C Support – Global Commercial Organization (based in Singapore):**
+ Provide direct support to the P&C Organizational Business Partner team.
+ Assist with P&C initiatives and key projects that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.
+ Coordinate and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of team deliverables.
**Employee Engagement:**
+ Assist in the design and rollout of employee engagement strategies.
+ Help analyze engagement feedback and propose actionable improvements to enhance morale and culture.
**Strategic P&C Projects:**
+ Contribute to high-impact projects such as the GCO Global Developing Professionals Program and other talent development initiatives.
+ Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making and measure project success.
**P&C Technology & Innovation:**
+ Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and platforms to support digital transformation.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
**Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):**
+ Support the execution of DEI initiatives across the organization.
+ Help design and implement campaigns, workshops, or resources to promote inclusion and cultural awareness.
**Key Qualifications**
+ Current undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
**Internship Requirements**
+ Commitment: Full-time internship requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week.
+ Duration: 12 months, with a flexible schedule: 2–3 days per week during academic terms, 5 days per week during semester breaks.
