What You’ll Do


Amplify the BIG Brand

  • Contribute to communications and campaigns that highlight the BIG culture of Belonging, Impact, and Growth — and why it’s awesome to work here.

  • Work with various stakeholders to roll out fun and meaningful people-focused programs.
  • Build our BIG Marketplace

  • BIG Marketplace is our awesome internal platform designed to help our people connect with each other, develop their skills, and grow their careers.

    And YOU get to help shape the platform to unlock even more opportunities — think of it as building a dynamic space where people can discover, learn, and thrive togethe
  • Drive Continuous Listening

  • Be our eyes and ears! Help gather feedback through pulse surveys to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and where the magic (or mayhem) is happening.

  • Connect the dots to spot trends and turn feedback into action – your ideas will shape real changes for our people and keep “Sunday Scaries” at bay
  • Create Awesome Workplace Experiences

  • Help us bring our workspaces to life! Support events and activations at our flagship locations, including NCS Hub and Singtel at 8 George, to make them more collaborative, inspiring, and fun.

  • Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and suggest cool improvements.

    Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
