Job Description Analyze organizational, team, and individual performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to communicate performance metrics.
Collaborate with department heads and senior stakeholders to define and refine KPIs and success metrics.
Conduct root cause analyses on underperformance and support development of targeted solutions.
Turn analytical insights into real-world performance improvement initiatives, supporting execution and monitoring.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership with impactful visualizations and executive-level summaries.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all performance data and reporting processes.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a performance analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and drive business outcomes.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Solid working knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data-driven recommendations effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
