Role Summary and Impact

As a Performance Executive, you will oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of biddable platform (Social).

You will also provide guidance to the team working on those brands and supporting core team to develop the business capabilities across accounts.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Performance Manager/Performance Director.

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Have a basic understanding about all Social platforms
  • Begun to build a rapport with stakeholders, teams and/or clients
  • Began looking for growth opportunities within the accounts for paid social
  • Begin to support the performance manager in different platforms basic work
  • A general idea of the social behaviors of the individual client's audience and targeting

In six months:

  • Have a full understanding of each of the client goals
  • Have streamlined the efficient processes to make reporting, management, or collaboration easier for internal and external teams.

  • Have made some significant strides in optimizations within the accounts for social
  • Have a full understanding of the biddable behaviors within the individual clients

In twelve months:

  • Be an expert on your dedicated client's social campaigns
  • Increased the adoption of other biddable and digital services
  • Brought value to biddable team.

    Worked closely with biddable team to bring the change
  • Amplified client knowledge on strategic approach to biddable channels

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple clients
  • Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects at the same time
  • Hitting Performance KPIs for clients which works to prove the value of paid social to the clients and internal teams
  • Be able to provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams
  • Should be responsible for maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • To have learned and trained yourself to be able to talk basic digital.

What you will need:

  • Basic understanding of all paid social mechanisms and their implications – generally acquired with at least 1-2 years of progressive experience
  • Can confidently speak to clients
  • Prior experience on multiple client's basic social implementations and optimizations
    Medium to Large budget campaign experience preferred
