Job Summary
:The Performance Lead is responsible for defining, tracking, and interpreting initiative performance metrics across all Prudential agency squad workstreams.
This role ensures that every initiative — from recruitment uplift to top-tier progression and enablement rollouts are measured with clarity, and continuously improved through data-driven feedback loops.
You will partner closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure KPIs are aligned to business intent, progress is tracked rhythmically, and outcomes are translated into actionable learnings that inform postlaunch reinforcements or pivots.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or equivalent field
8 – 12 years in analytics, performance management, business intelligence, or strategy-related functions
Experience in reporting/analytics for field-force-led environments (insurance, sales, distribution, agency)
Demonstrated ability to translate numbers into business action
Skilled in dashboard design, performance tracking, and behavioral insight generation
Experience working with multi-functional teams and initiative owners to embed KPIs into planning and rollout
Former actuarial experience in insurance will be an advantage
