- Adecco is partnering with a global leader in the semiconductor industry to hire an HR Program Specialist, Performance Management (Contractor).
- This role plays a critical part in managing and executing performance management programs, including documentation, training, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting the year-end performance review process.
- This is a contract position.
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-2 years of direct experience in performance management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT and business stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable facilitating virtual training sessions to HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including IT and business units
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage resources with high accuracy
Job Description
Program Management & Support
- Lead and assist in managing performance management programs, including planning and supporting year-end reviews
- Collect and analyze feedback from program participants for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution
Documentation
- Develop, update, and maintain program documents, quick reference guides, and procedures
- Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Track change requests and support periodic document reviews
Training Facilitation
- Conduct virtual training sessions for HR Business Partners and other stakeholders
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect program changes and feedback
- Create visual aids such as charts and graphs to support training and reporting
Other Responsibilities
- Participate actively in project meetings and support transition of programs to daily operations
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to performance management programs
