Responsible for day-to-day lead for the pod of accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and needsProvides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staffLiaises with vendors and third party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betasInterprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectivesGenerates campaign reports and is responsible for pacing, QA and traffickingBuild and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by developing and implementing effective digital media strategies tailored to each client's goals with actionable next-step recommendations.Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms like Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn etc.,Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign performance.Create regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and achievements.Conduct in-depth data analysis with team to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including programmatic, data, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution.Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the established process.Proven team management skills, particularly with mentoring junior members and progressing their careers.
