Reporting to:
Business Director Regional Team
Scope of role:
The Account Management Community is at the very heart of the business and critical to its market perception and business health.

This community is therefore tasked with creating a recognized market-leading position in implementational / executional management and client servicing.


This role sits within one of OMD’s regional accounts and the team has a market-leading position in implementational / executional management of a key advertiser.

As a performance manager, you will be responsible for being the day-to-day campaign management lead on a set of client accounts.

You will work closely to support your team in in troubleshooting problems and prioritizing their daily tasks.


Reporting Structure:
You are reporting to the Associate Director, with a dotted line into the Head of Performance.


You are expected to manage your team (Execs, Interns).


Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders in the account(s) you manage.


Understand clients' business goals and translate them into effective digital media strategies.


Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to optimize their digital marketing efforts.


Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.


Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting the growth and development of team members.


Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.


Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives.


Oversee the planning and implementation of digital campaigns across various channels, including eCommerce, Social, Paid Search, Programmatic and other direct vendor buys.


Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.


Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.


Budget Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.


Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget constraints.


Work with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of media spends
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.


Apply industry knowledge to enhance clients' digital strategies and maintain a competitive edge.


Develop a deep understanding of agency processes and client’s way of working, with a mind of improving the current workflow & optimization processes
Work as both a leader and hands-on expert to assist junior team members with delivering results for clients.


Champion new agency tools, settings & technologies and help activate any existing ones that are not in place
Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years of work experience in a performance media role.


Strong technical understanding of eCommerce, Social, Paid Search and Programmatic planning and implementation.

Preferably all 3 but minimally 2 out of the 3 (Social, eCommerce)
Solid understanding of media planning processes, with exposure in omnichannel (Programmatic, Offline, etc.) planning considered a plus
Experience of using Google Campaign Manager is required
Experience in bid management and process automation through Skai/SA360/Marin is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms is a plus
Strong communicator possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Attention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPI
Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
Digital savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
