Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Media Manager.
The Performance Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing media strategies, planning and managing campaigns, maintaining strong communication, and staying up to date with new media trends.
The role requires a balance of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, from optimising performance and reporting on media effectiveness to exploring new digital advertising channels that align with clients' business needs.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in media planning and developing paid media strategies
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Up-to-date knowledge of new media trends, tactics, and emerging platforms
· Hands-on expertise with
Meta Business Manager
and
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
· Solid understanding of other paid channels (Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, display)
· Ability to balance strategy with execution while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset
· Comfortable working independently and effectively in a remote environment
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in digital media planning and performance marketing
