Our client, a financial services client, is on the lookout for a Performance Analyst who loves numbers, thrives on accuracy, and is excited to make an impact.

This isn't just about crunching performance data – it's about owning the story behind the numbers.

You'll be the go-to person for Portfolio Managers, Client Groups, and Senior Management, making sure insights are timely, accurate, and meaningful.

From leading report enhancements and tackling fund performance queries, to shaping analytics projects and driving process improvements, you'll be right at the heart of investment performance.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver top-notch performance and analytics reports
  • Partner with fund managers, sales, and marketing teams to answer the tough questions
  • Enhance processes, drive automation, and keep us ahead of the curve
  • Support fund transitions, onboarding, and terminations
  • Own the performance-specific change process and GIPS compliance
  • Roll up your sleeves on key projects, including FactSet system enhancements

What you bring:

  • 7–10 years' experience in performance or risk analysis (investment background preferred)
  • FactSet skills = big plus
  • Strong vendor and project management chops
  • Solid grounding in performance methodologies, attribution, and risk analytics
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query/BI), SQL, Morningstar Direct knowledge = advantage
  • CIPM or CFA (or working towards it) highly valued
  • Fluency in English (Asian language skills a bonus)
