Job Description
To build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
Generate high quality business leads and referrals through broker channels, strategic alliances and SME networks.
Serve as an advisor to SME clients by understanding their financing needs and provide guidance to help clients optimize cash flow and manage working capital
Provide solutions-oriented support to address client questions and concerns throughout the lending process.
Support clients in completing loan documentation
Post-loan servicing.
Assist with performing preliminary assessment on clients' financial health and credit standing.
Work closely with credit team & collections manager to track payments/repayments, detect credit risk and to mitigate defaults.
Job Requirements
At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in commercial banking, SME financing, or managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises.
Demonstrated track record in SME lending, financial product sales, or business development within the banking or financial services sector.
Well-connected within the SME community, with a robust network of stakeholders, brokers, and business partners
In-depth knowledge of SME financial reports, operational structures, and credit assessment methodologies.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented
Familiarity with Singapore’s financial regulatory framework and lending practices.
