The Perm Part Time Retail Sales Assistant to assists Store Supervisor on sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
- Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately.
- Record all daily purchases and report sales data to the office/management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, document the details, and report them to the office/management for follow-up.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock status to management
- Identify and update management on fast-moving and slow-moving stock items.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
- Support team members during busy periods and store events
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- No experience is also welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on Fixed Schedule, 2- or 3-days weekdays and 1 day on Saturday.
