- Budgeting process
- Salary bench-marking proactively
- Benefits bench-marking including yearly medical insurance negotiations
- Reviewing of existing C&B and recommends enhancements.
- C&B on-boarding for new joiners
- Running of staff surveys and focus group surveys on C&B related topics
- Running of staff engagement activities surrounding wellness such as medical checks by the insurer, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
