As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be the face of our transit tour experience at Changi Airport.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Stationed at our customer service booths in the transit terminals.
- Assist with booking, registration, waitlisting, and general tour enquiries.
- Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and equipment security.
- Escort passengers to the meeting point and coordinate with tour guides.
- Manage feedback and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
- Submit daily reports to the project manager and Supervisor.
- Attend trainings and stay updated on procedures.
- Support other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth tour operations.
*Contract is renewable.

- Comfortable with basic MS Office tools and/or tour management software.

Preferred but Not Required
- Education in tourism, hospitality or related fields.
- Prior experience in customer service or tourism is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
