Job description

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support in a financial services agency (e.g. database management, documents handling)
  • Client servicing work (coordinate events, gifts, experiences, event/market update videos)

  • Independent working attitude, fast learning, responsive

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (able to handle Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Required Skill(s): Able to work independently using Microsoft (Word & Excel) and Adobe

  • Required Skill(s): Comfortable to communicate with clients and corporate staff.

  • Required Skill(s): Comfortable with Social Media
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / A Levels

Work Hours: 5-day work week 9am to 6pm

Flexible work arrangements can be discussed

Work Location: Office located in CBD area
