We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support our MD:
Job Description:
- Scheduling of appointments and ensuring accurate calendar management for the MD
- Providing administrative support to the MD
- Preparation of meeting agendas and writing of meeting minutes
- Assisting with various Marketing duties
- Ensuring proper filing of all documents
- Travel arrangements and hotel reservations
- Managing the MD's personal errands
- Serving as the point of contact for communications and ensuring timely responses
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the MD
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Any prior Marketing experience would be advantageous
- Keen sense of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Has a good eye for detail, is meticulous and organized
