We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to provide administrative and executive support for Meet 2 Wine Bar & Restaurant Pte Ltd and Tuffi Build Pte Ltd.
The ideal candidate will manage the Director's daily schedule, handle communications, and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Maintain and update confidential files, documents, and records.
Meeting Coordination:
Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Ensure all materials and agendas are prepared ahead of meetings.
- Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries for business trips.
Communication Management:
Serve as the main point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Liaise with department heads, clients, and partners to ensure smooth communication.
Restaurant Support:
Help organize events, promotional activities, and special initiatives for the restaurant.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in liaising with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in restaurants is a strong added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
