Job Details:
Duration: 1 Year
Location: West
Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Salary: Up to $4000 (depending on experience and qualification)*
Job Responsibilities:
•Manage the calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders of the school
• Arrange for transport, manage travel claims and expenditure claims
• Manage the email accounts
• Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Min.
Dip/Degree
• Must have at least 3 years of working experience as Personal assistant/Secretary Assistant
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with office management tools, vistual meeting platforms (Zooms, Teams)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
