Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our business operations and client management efforts.
This role is a mix of administrative support, client scheduling, digital marketing coordination, and proposal preparation.
It is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and digitally savvy.

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Management
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for both new and existing clients
- Manage and update calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts
- Send appointment reminders and follow-ups to ensure client engagement
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor engagement metrics
- Support the creation of marketing visuals and captions (basic design skills a plus)
Proposal & Document Preparation
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading client proposals and presentation decks
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all client-facing documents
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and email correspondence
- Assist with record keeping and maintaining a well-organized digital filing system
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative or assistant roles
- Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook)
- Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when handling confidential information
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools)
- Experience in client-facing roles or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
