Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with service providers, manage repairs, and oversee the upkeep of the property.
Assist in household items purchases and/or recommendations.
Run errands and managing household tasks.
Manage and oversee vehicle regular servicing, maintenance, insurance, etc.
Handle all private and confidential matters.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (airline, hotel, transport, visas, travel itinerary etc).
Any other general and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Self-starter, flexible, adaptable and possess strong interpersonal skills.
High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges.
Able to travel within short notice as and when necessary for a period of time.
Must be able to work overtime on weekends and Public Holidays when required.
Conversant in written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
Previous work experience in similar capacity will be considered favorably.
Min GCE 'O' Level / GCE 'A' Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
Possess a Class 3 driving license preferred.
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
Singaporeans preferred; candidates who required work pass need not apply.
