We are seeking a highly dependable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Department.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Head of Department
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining audit-related reports, presentations, and communications
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments to coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
- Read, interpret, and summarize reports across all audit functions including compliance, risk, operations, and finance
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Support the HOD in managing priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting standards
Requirements :-
- Background in investor relations, journalism, financial communications, or similar fields
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of financial language and reporting standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Highly dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, confidential environment
- Familiarity with banking audit functions and financial sector terminology is a plus
