Position: Full-Time
We are seeking a bubbly and organised Personal Assistant to support our Director.
This role is perfect for proactive, detail-oriented candidates with great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly meeting slides with sales report data.
- Manage and organise the Director's Google Calendar and Google Drive.
- Create and update materials using Canva or Microsoft Office for presentations and reports.
- Make calls to schedule appointments for the Director.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external team members.
Requirements:
- Local Diploma or higher (required).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Bubbly, friendly personality.
