Job Responsibilities:
● Manage and coordinate the Group CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
● Handle travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and transport logistics as required.
● Prepare, submit, and track expense claims and reimbursements for the Group CEO.
● Provide administrative support including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, reports, and documents.
● Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled with discretion.
● Conduct basic research or assist in compiling relevant information upon request.
● Perform other ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned by the Group CEO.
Job Requirements:
● Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
● At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in supporting C-suite or senior management executives.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
● Strong organisational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Able to manage confidential matters with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
● Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
