Job Description
Food preparation before the start of the operation.
Pulling and fitting of dough before conditional for proofing.
Cashiering (ensure billing accuracy) and taking orders.
Crafting of pizza based on incoming orders.
Defrost dough to be prepared for next day service.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment used.
Stock taking and ordering of stocks to ensure sufficient stock.
Perform First In First Out (FIFO).
