Role Purpose: As the
Planning Analytics Manager
for our
Global Supply Chain Planning
team, you will serve as the insight engine of our global planning function.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that combines strategic leadership with technical depth.
You will transform raw data into business-critical insights, build scalable tools and dashboards, and empower teams to plan with clarity, confidence, and precision.
You will be a trusted voice in executive forums, a mentor to analysts and planners, and a key driver of our data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Insight Leadership & Strategic Influence: Lead analytical projects that identify performance trends, uncover root causes, and support supply, demand, and inventory planning decisions.
Partnership & Communication: Serve as a trusted business partner to planning leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, embedding insights into decision-making.
Performance Narratives: Shape and communicate our planning performance narrative for senior leadership.
People Leadership & Capability Building: Coach and mentor analysts and planners to build confidence in data interpretation, dashboard usage, and performance storytelling.
Analytics Maturity: Elevate the analytical maturity of planning teams and foster curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Training & Enablement: Develop training, tools, and resources that embed analytics into daily planning workflows.
Dashboarding & Visibility: Design and maintain intuitive dashboards with real-time visibility into KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels).
Governance & Data Quality: Lead governance of planning metrics ensuring consistency and clarity; collaborate with BI and digital teams to improve data pipelines and visualizations.
Advanced Modelling & Simulation: Build models for long-term forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning; simulate scenarios to guide proactive decisions; champion automation of repeatable analytics.
Transformation & Enablement: Embed analytics into transformation initiatives; support system implementations and process redesigns; drive data readiness and user adoption of new tools.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years in supply chain analytics, planning, or operations with proven leadership impact.
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions through insights.
Experience in global or regional planning environments with diverse stakeholder management.
Collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.
Technical & Educational Qualifications
Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
APICS CPIM/CSCP certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, or R.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Experience with AI/ML modelling is an added advantage.
