Overview
The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster, cement, and other finishes to internal and external surfaces, ensuring smooth, durable, and high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, and other structures.
Responsibilities
Prepare and clean surfaces before plastering (e.g., removing old plaster, dirt, or paint).
Mix plaster, cement, and related materials according to specifications.
Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, and partitions using hand or power tools.
Level, smooth, and finish surfaces to achieve the required texture or smoothness.
Patch and repair cracked or damaged plaster surfaces.
Follow blueprints or supervisor instructions for specific job requirements.
Comply with safety standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant plastering experience in construction projects.
Skilled in various plastering methods, including skim coat, sand cement render, and decorative finishes.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in outdoor/site conditions.
Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or elevated platforms.
Familiar with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines in Singapore.
Team player with a good attitude and ability to follow instructions.
