What you do
- Change: Plan, Organize and Manage Delivery across the Group.
Take leadership to work with Business to define the prioritized book of work based on the business technology roadmap.
Overall responsible for the delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with the business strategies and technology roadmap and BAU operations for the Platform.
- Run: Oversee and ensure continuous availability and health of Production systems.
Overall accountable for the health of the platform in Production, including availability, incident management, service restoration, monitoring, preventive measures, risk management, operating budget, and cross-functional root cause analysis.
- Risk Management: Overall responsible for comprehensive risk management for the Platform covering project execution and BAU operations.
Ensure compliance with Technology Architecture framework and Information Security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage technology investment budgets, external vendor and internal resources, and drive cost efficiency and resource optimization across BAU operations.
- People Management: Manage resource skillsets and hiring to meet demand, grow talent across regions, and oversee succession and development plans for staff; responsible for engagement results.
Who you are
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision; strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, adaptable approach; ownership and entrepreneurship mindset; results-driven.
- Experience of more than 12 years as a Product Owner/Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs; capable of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Leadership experience to manage a team and influence stakeholders in a digital transformation journey.
- Experience in product development of core enterprise payment systems and supporting operations workflow, including cross-border payments (SWIFT), RTGS, intra-group payments, and single/bulk payments.
