Responsibilities
Develop, implement and integrate scalable enterprise communication and collaboration platforms and services, including hardware, software, and SaaS tools, applying engineering best practices across COTS and proprietary solutionsApply modern software engineering practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control to enhance platform reliability and agilityDesign secure and intelligent platforms by integrating security principles (e.g., access control, encryption, compliance) and managing AI agents for automation and improved digital experiencesEnsure platform reliability and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by administering observability tools, defining and monitoring SLOs/SLIs, and responding effectively to operational issues through proactive troubleshooting and execution of incident response plansRequirements (Minimum Qualifications)
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical EngineeringExpert Knowledge in one of following areas:Proficiency in deploying platforms across Windows, Linux, and Android OSAbility to configure and maintain databases, server modules, and client modulesFamiliarity with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform)Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., ElasticSearch)Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with device management systems (e.g., Samsung EMM, WS1, UEM)Nice-to-haves
Experience managing AI agents integrated with enterprise systemsStrong understanding of secure software development lifecycleAbility to drive continuous improvement in digital employee experienceExposure to both commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and proprietary solutions
