PMO Analyst – Finance & Contract Management

💼 Experience Level: Jr-Level About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst with a strong background in project financial management, contract administration, and budget tracking.

This role is critical in supporting build and operate financials, contract lifecycle management, and reporting activities across multiple projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Financial Management

  • Partner with platform leads to manage, track, and report build & operate financials.

  • Support charge-outs of development efforts to projects.

  • Assist with resource supply & demand planning and extract timesheet reports.

  • Monitor monthly project charges, flagging discrepancies to Project Managers and Team Leads.

  • Prepare documents for capital expense charge-out to the Finance Fixed Asset team.

  • Contract Management
  • Ensure timely and compliant processing of contracts with proper approvals.

  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Coupa for Purchase Order (PO) issuance.

  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on pending contracts or issues.

  • Review contracts for compliance with Delegate of Authority (DOA) and budget guidelines.

  • Ensure correct PC Code / GL / FA coding to avoid reclassifications.

  • Enforce Contract Management Process (CMP) for contracts over $200K (incl.

    GST).

  • Track and manage Master Service Agreement (MSA) renewals.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a PMO or project administration role, with strong exposure to financial and contract management.

  • Experience supporting budgeting processes and project accruals.

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.).

  • Proficient in PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and reporting accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Willingness to work extra hours during peak periods (e.g., month-end reporting, year-end budgeting).
