Role and Responsibilities:
Support project manager on tracking project progress, risk escalation and report on key performance metrics.
Support the renewal of project contracts and approval.
- Support project timeline, status updates in SAP, and submission of Project Implementation Review (PIR).
Resource management – coordinating with departmental PMO on tracking time clocking, managing reports on HC and FTE, MRF utilization and tracking augment resources.
Serve as the point of contact for project finance administration (e.g., track and report funding utilisation and expiry management).
Manage knowledge base for TRUST's processes, governance, and policy.
Maintain an inventory of project assets and versioning.
Deliver efficient and effective secretariat and administrative support (e.g., stakeholder coordination, manage meeting logistics and minuting) for the team.
Schedule meetings for the team, document and manage meeting minutes.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in business, science, economics, social sciences, or related field.
At least 5 years of work experience in project management, administrative and secretariat related work.
Proactive and dedicated individual with strong multi-tasking capabilities and attention to details.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of people at both junior and senior levels.
High competency levels in project management tools and video conferencing tools e.g. MS Project, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
Experience in healthcare, data analytics &/or research industries will be added advantage
