Job description

Role Overview:
Responsible for providing post-sales support and technical services for cybersecurity or network performance monitoring solutions.

This role involves hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction for both local and regional projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver post-sales support and services for cybersecurity or network performance monitoring products.

  • Participate in large-scale local and regional project implementations.

  • Conduct on-site deployment, testing, configuration, and documentation of solutions.

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

  • Analyze and resolve customer queries through research and reference to existing knowledge bases.

  • Participate in 24×7 standby support rotation, providing timely assistance for maintenance and urgent support calls.

  • Clearly document and communicate technical issues and resolutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high service quality.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related technical role.

  • Hands-on knowledge of networking concepts, including routing and switching technologies.

  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCSA are required.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.

  • Willingness to support after-hours and standby duties when required.

  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to continuously learn new technologies.

  • Professional and customer-oriented approach in all communications.
