Responsibilities:
Reporting to CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in the country
Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in the country and the region
Manage, grow and drive to optimize the profitability of the recruitment business units in the country and region under your care/portfolio
Ensure sales targets are met both on individual sales and team sales, and to consistently seek for growth
Responsible for P&L for the team and unit that is under care
To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment
Experience in managing a sales team within the recruitment sector
Professional, good business acumen with an achievement mindset
Proven sales record, results/KPI driven
