Role Overview:
Provide technical pre-sales support for assigned cybersecurity products to customers and partners.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop tailored solutions and position offerings effectively for market opportunities and customer proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-sales technical support on assigned cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop and present solution proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Assess customer IT and security infrastructure alongside business requirements.
- Conduct strategic cybersecurity solution selling.
- Demonstrate cybersecurity solutions and perform product presentations.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) activities for proposed cybersecurity and network performance solutions.
- Work with solution vendors on business proposals; respond to RFI/RFP design requirements, ensure compliance, and clarify technical queries.
- Develop design guidelines and recommend product improvements to customers.
- Execute in-house lab tests to validate customer PoC setups, network and endpoint designs, and deployments involving new products and features.
- Stay updated on competitive cybersecurity solutions, products, and industry trends.
- Deliver enablement training for partners' internal post-sales engineers on product features and technology.
- Provide regular product and technology updates to internal sales teams.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in pre-sales activities supporting large enterprises, government sectors, or related industries.
Candidates with extensive experience in cybersecurity delivery and implementation, interested in transitioning to pre-sales consulting, are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the cybersecurity industry and landscape.
- Capable of delivering product demonstrations and presentations on key security technologies.
- Solid technical knowledge of Internet architecture, network infrastructure, software-defined networks (SDN), network performance tools, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security domains including endpoint, email, web, and cloud security.
- Ability to design technical architectures and develop proposals.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates professionalism, effective customer engagement, and sound commercial judgment.
