What you'll be doing?
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance to the sales team during partner and customer engagements, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Product Showcasing: Conduct engaging product presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on workshops to showcase the potential of our client's solutions.
- Solution Design: Lead proof of concepts, solution design, and deployment scoping activities, translating customer needs into tailored technical solutions.
- Proposal Development: Create comprehensive technical proposals, solution architectures, and bills of materials to support sales efforts.
- Partner Enablement: Empower channel partners through specialized training and technical sessions, fostering strong relationships and knowledge transfer.
- Demo Environment Management: Build and maintain demo environments for security and monitoring platforms, ensuring they're always ready for customer presentations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of industry trends by maintaining up-to-date certifications, understanding product roadmaps, and competitive positioning.
Who are they looking for?
- Technical Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in cybersecurity, IT monitoring, or networking domains.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud basics, and security technologies.
- Hands-on Experience: Familiarity with asset management, monitoring platforms, MFA/2FA, phishing simulation, or IAM is a plus, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales teams and channel partners.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or vendor accreditations are advantageous.
