What you'll be doing?
- Lead RFP processes: Manage end-to-end tender processes from initial analysis to final submission, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Develop strategic proposals: Analyze client needs, create compliance matrices, and craft compelling proposals that showcase technical capabilities.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, technical, and management teams to create competitive solutions meeting client and business needs.
- Evaluate risks and contracts: Conduct thorough assessments to ensure proposals are feasible, profitable, and aligned with company standards.
- Ensure quality and compliance: Maintain high standards in all submissions, meeting commercial, technical, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement: Monitor proposal outcomes, generate reports, and identify process enhancement opportunities.
Who are they looking for?
- Educational background: Degree in Engineering, Science, or Law, with specializations in relevant technical fields welcomed.
- Professional experience: 3-5 years in contract management, ideally with regional exposure.
Candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.
- Specialized knowledge: Expertise in bid management, proposal development, and contract evaluation, with technical familiarity highly valued.
- Contract expertise: Hands-on experience with commercial and construction contracts to understand project requirements comprehensively.
- Core competencies: Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, with excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Working style: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and proficiency in relevant software tools.
