Overview
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attending meetings with business development managers, and to lead and to tailor a prospect specific technical needs or presentation that precisely meets the needs of the prospect as a technical expert.
Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions and also coordinate for post sales activities.
Responsibilities
To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations.
Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework.
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions.
To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects delivered.
Ability to write, develop and deliver client documentation i.e. demonstration material, service propositions, RFI’s, RFP’s, translation of client requirements.
