Responsibilities:
Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity products, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept setups for customers and partners.Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and position solutions that align with customer IT/Security requirements.Engage in solution selling and work with vendors on business proposals, RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.Conduct lab tests to validate setups and deployments while staying updated on competitive solutions and products.Deliver training for partners and internal teams, provide product updates, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Requirements:
Bachelor's degree /Diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of pre-sales experience in the enterprise or government sector.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity with proficiency in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, SDNs, network performance tools, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security solutions.
Capable of delivering product demos and presentations.Knowledge on NDR product such as Extrahop, Corelight, Darktrace Next Step:
