This full‐time Presales Engineer (Virtualization) role at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE.

is located in the Lavender Central Region.
The role is responsible for providing pre‐sales support and technical solutions to drive growth and success for the company's virtualization products and services.
What you'll be doing
Understanding customer requirements and mapping them to appropriate virtualization solutions
Conducting product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of VSTECS' virtualization offerings
Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and provide technical expertise
Staying up‐to‐date with the latest virtualization technologies, trends and industry developments
Providing post‐sales support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Preparing technical proposals, presentations and documentation to support the sales process
What we're looking for
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
5+ years
of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the virtualization domain
Excellent understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper‐V
Strong technical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer‐friendly explanations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
Problem‐solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer needs
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
