The Pre-Sales Lead is responsible for leading the pre-sales functionalities to provide expert technical guidance and support to sales teams and potential customers.
This role involves understanding customer needs, developing and presenting solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
The Pre-Sales Lead will work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to drive the company's business growth.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Solution Development
Design and customize solutions to meet the specific needs of customers.
Provide technical input and guidance during the proposal and bidding process.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to address technical challenges and refine product offerings.
Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop account strategies.
Assist in the qualification of leads and opportunities based on technical fit and business value.
Provide training and support to sales teams on technical aspects of the products or services.
Market and Product Insights
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to product management on customer needs and market demands.
Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
Performance Metrics
Track and report on pre-sales activities and performance metrics.
Analyze and optimize the pre-sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that pre-sales engagements are aligned with revenue targets and business objectives.
Skills for success
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent.
Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with at least 5 years in a similar scope.
Strong understanding of the GPU Cloud/ GPUaaS industry-specific technologies, products, or services.
Ability to display strong technical skills, able to work collaboratively with sales, products, engineering, operations, customers and partners to put together compelling winning solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and deliver technical solutions.
