Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report, etc.)
- Input data on ECDA website (e.g. particulars of new teachers, reporting of cases of infectious diseases)
- Prepare monthly forms such as teachers and children’s attendance form, sign in/out forms, school bus
- Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival.
- Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books, etc.
- Conduct stock‑taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery.
- Escort the children to the school buses.
- Handle other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi‑task.
