Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance
Maintain work system in Maximo System. Execute Preventive maintenance Tasks Review effectiveness of preventive maintenance program Able to observe the abnormality during the PM and providing the solution QEE Improvement
Suggest appropriate equipment improvement and modification. Suggest improvement on work methods and procedures. Take the opportunity from the RCA, provide a solution for a preventive action Quality approach in Maintenance
Ensure intrusive maintenance work are properly conducted with joint effort from other functional team members Follow up with rectification / improvement works to improve the Quality and GMP conditions SPARE Parts Management
Highlights spare parts shortages based on Inventory level. Updates to the Engineer, whenever consume the spare parts, to avoid the zero inventory Project & Improvement Work
Assist supervisors to conduct on site feasibility studies for improvement and modification works required for facilities, building, equipment, utilities etc. Issuance of Work permits to subcontractors and ensuring good Safety/GMP practices are complied. Support Manager/Engineer/Supervisor to manage of vendors, service providers as well as contractors for all projects and installation works.
Coordination of Swap samples. Ensure proper isolation of potential hazard sources (LOTO); before releasing equipment for installation work. Perform normalization as well as checking system are in place. Assist in testing and commissioning with vendors to ensure project are completed in accordance to the requirements. Work in a team to propose improvement works targeting at cost reduction; improve efficiencies; productivity; Quality; Safety. Safety / Qaulity
Participate as part of the Emergency response team and assist in conducting fire drills and assessment. Assist QA in conducting quality and sample checks on utilities, complaint root cause findings, etc. Requirements:
NITEC in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in service works of plant production / facilities / utilities (e.g. replace of pump, motor etc.) and production machinery in a manufacturing plant environment; preferable with food manufacturing experience. Knowledge in mechanical fittings / pumps / gears / pneumatic and hydraulic system and basic computer knowledge. Demonstrate the ability to work independently. Experience in lockout-tag-out (LOTO), safety work environment.
