作为我们的小学华文高级课程主管，您将主导开发符合新加坡教育部（Ministry of Education (Singapore)）小学华文课程标准与最佳实践的小学华文课程及教材，并为学生提供生动高效的华文课程。

凭借您对当前教育部华文教学大纲和教育方法的深刻理解，您将参与以下工作：

• 设计结构清晰、兼具趣味性的教学方案，适用于不同程度的小学生，包括：
  • 普通华文
  • 基础华文
  • 高级华文
• 设计学习材料和活动，帮助学生掌握华文的核心技能（听、说、读、写），加深理解，并以有趣的方式帮助学生备考。
• 关注教育动态，紧跟课程改革、教学趋势及各校与小六会考（PSLE）题型的变化。
• 【未来】将开班，教授生动有趣的小组小学华文课程。

We’re looking to launch a new vertical within the next 2 years — Chinese lessons that inspire fun and confidence for primary school students.

With your skillsets and passion, combined with our years of designing highly effective learning experiences for Science and Math, let’s work together to create Chinese learning experiences that help students enjoy learning Chinese and excel academically!

[Your Role As Our Primary Chinese Senior Academic Lead]

As our Primary Chinese Senior Academic Lead, you’ll take the lead in creating our Primary Chinese curriculum and lesson materials aligned with MOE learning outcomes and best practices, and delivering engaging and effective Chinese lessons to our students.

With your keen insights into the current MOE Chinese syllabus and education approaches, you will be involved in:

• Designing lesson plans that are structured yet inspire fun in learning for different student profiles:
  • Normal Chinese
  • Foundation Chinese
  • Higher Chinese
• Designing learning materials and activities that help our students grasp key Chinese language pillars (listening, speaking, reading and writing), deepening mastery and prepare students for their exams in engaging ways.
• Staying up to date with curriculum shifts, pedagogical trends, and evolving exam formats across schools and the PSLE.
• [Future Goal] Delivering engaging and effective Chinese lessons to our students.

[You, Our Ideal Primary Chinese Senior Academic Lead]

Required:

• Love for Chinese Language & Learning Design: You believe that with the right learning materials and engaging lessons, every child can develop a deep mastery and exam confidence in Chinese.
• Minimum 5 Years Chinese Teaching Experience: You’ve taught Chinese in a primary school classroom and understand the demands and realities of preparing students for weighted assessments, final-year exams and the PSLE.
• Strong Curriculum Awareness: You’re familiar with the latest MOE Chinese syllabus changes and understand how to translate them into meaningful classroom experiences.
• Working Proficiency in English Language: You’re able to communicate clearly with spoken and written English with different stakeholders.
• Meticulous & Quality-Driven: Checking your work for accuracy, clarity, and flow is important to you.
  
  You take pride in producing high-quality learning materials that are both effective and aesthetically polished.
• Independent & Reliable: You work well with minimal supervision, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Open to Feedback: Despite your experience, you value feedback as a tool for growth and iteration to help your students learn better.

Good to have:

• Curriculum Development Experience: You have prior experience in designing lesson plans, worksheets, or learning resources (including e-books, interactive games, etc.) for Chinese language learning.
• Experience in Flat or Fast-Paced Teams: You’ve worked in environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability are key.
