Job Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to customer projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with both customer objectives and the broader goals of the commercial consulting practice.
Drive business development efforts at a strategic level by cultivating and maintaining key customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, and expanding the practice’s market presence.
Serve as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing relationships with a focus on strategic alignment and ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.
Mentor and develop senior consultants and managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and professional growth within the commercial consulting practice.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the long-term vision and strategic goals of the consulting practice, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Articulate the value of the practice area’s capabilities and drive thought leadership initiatives within the commercial sector, including publishing influential articles, speaking at industry conferences, and engaging with key stakeholders.
Contribute to shaping the overall direction and growth of the consulting practice by identifying emerging trends, refining strategic priorities, and implementing initiatives that enhance the practice’s competitive edge.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
10+ Years of Relevant Experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
