Responsibilities:

Candidate must be an experienced IT professional/consultant with the requisite domain acumen and delivery proficiency to help clients achieve business success.

Candidate must be adept with and knowledgeable of multiple IT service offerings, with the experience to deliver and achieve defined project outcomes.

Strong candidates will have a proven track record of working with large transformational and complex programs with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and clients through change.

Candidates must be comfortable working at all levels (team, stakeholder, and organizational leadership) to help the organization define and deliver IT solutions and processes as part of an integrated strategy.

This is a highly visible role with exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, requiring a combination of domain or technical skills as well as deep people skills to succeed.

3. Experience in building Value Propositions/Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and the entire pipeline of materializing market opportunities

7. Ability to design Operating & Business Models specific to Digital, Cloud, and other emerging industry capabilities
8. Experience in developing business cases for Digital/Cloud transformation with a good understanding of financial/non-financial benefits and required investments
9. Experience leading RFPs/Tender responses on a large scale
10. Ability to lead client discussions to define issues and opportunities and deliver practical solutions
11. Demonstrated ability in defining and delivering hybrid & multi-cloud strategy/roadmap, migration, and adoption
12. Experience with Cloud domain (AWS, Azure, Google, private cloud providers)
13. Understanding of emerging business priorities like Application Portfolio Rationalization
14. IT Cost Optimization
15. IT Strategy & Roadmap
16. Application portfolio analysis to derive strategy for Cloud migration
17. Business and Technology Transformation Program Management
18. Experience with Agile methodology
19. Service Management and IT Operations
20. Broad experience or solid understanding of the IT infrastructure domain, engineering (Automation, DevOps, DevSecOps, etc.)
21. Technology strategy transformation, “Business of IT” analysis

Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

1. Participate in and lead the development and delivery of service offerings
2. Provide insights to new and emerging perspectives, points of view (POVs) on core service IT offerings, emerging technologies, and practices
3. Provide patterns, best practices, and white papers on IT strategy and service offering related areas
4. Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created
5. Directly contribute to capability development
6. Expand, publicize, and support continuous development through the firm’s knowledge management system
7. Stay informed on developments in IT practices and emerging technologies
8. Actively work to update/upgrade level of expertise or knowledge
9. Share expertise with others on the team and with the client

Sales and Marketing:

1. RFP and Client proposal development
2. Ability to lead and drive compelling business cases and client presentations
3. Contribute towards points of view (POVs) through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership
4. Lead work streams to aid development of new business opportunities
5. Conduct market/client research and industry analysis

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider four years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
2. Experience in Business and IT technology strategy or IT operations transformation project delivery
3. Well-defined management consulting experience, including Project Management and/or Business Analysis
4. Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in cloud, computing, middleware
5. Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
6. Proficient with industry-standard program management tools and practices
7. Additional solution-based experience in business or corporate IT, including one or more of the following: Business Economics; End user computing, IT Service Management methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Broad understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP products and their capabilities to facilitate Cloud service provider evaluation and selection for our clients
2. Ability to develop a business case for cloud migration with a good understanding of financial/non-financial benefits and required investments
3. Experience collaborating with cloud architects to conduct assessments, develop cloud migration strategies (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS), and a multi-year journey map covering cloud foundation, cloud migration, and cloud operations
4. Ability to design cloud operating models with a broad understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles/responsibilities, and organizational structures
5. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to determine proper course or methodology without direction or supervision
6. Solid Program/Project Management skills, including experience interviewing client executives to gather and document business requirements, process mapping, draft scoping statements, develop project, resource and costing plans, establish and run governance models, and stakeholder communications
7. Experience participating as a member of a project team through all phases of the project lifecycle, from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live
8. Ability to produce clear, concise, relevant, and accurate documentation based on captured requirements and information gathered from stakeholders/subject matter experts
9. Strong presentation skills, extensive experience writing successful project proposals, experience planning and executing related projects, and demonstrated project management skills and experience
10. Solid knowledge of process reengineering methodologies and process flowcharting
11. Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task effectively; and communicate current status and tasks to management
