The Role
Joining us as a Principal Engineer for FE Central QE, you will have a pivotal position within our engineering team, leading quality projects and guaranteeing the smooth integration of products.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Advanced Technode Quality program to ensure quality readiness when a new technode is introduced.
- Strategize and set up programs and projects to support Micron's business.
- Lead subject matter experts in process and product quality management, as well as variation control.
- Successfully coordinate and supervise all aspects of quality engineering programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the introduction of new technology to new sites, supporting successful product ramp-up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and determine solutions for quality issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Handle Non-conforming dies (NCD), excursions, variation, and deviations for all Micron Fabs as part of the global Quality Team.
- Surface concerns in the network and devise strategies to address them.
- Manage activities based on insights from network Quality performance in Frontend nonconformance materials and support US Fab expansion activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing programs involving customers, partners, and cross-departmental team members.
- Apply data collected from the line to drive projects and support initiatives across different geographic locations.
- Preferably have data analytics skills to derive actionable insights from existing data.
- Understand the impact of site NCD and the cost implications of non-conformance performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quality engineering within a high-tech environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to quality protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering-related advanced degree or similar level of experience.
- Prior experience in the memory or storage industry.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and tools.
- Shown capability in guiding quality campaigns and excelling internationally.
