Overview
Responsible for the development of the Perovskite-silicon tandem products as part of next generation technology projects.
Works closely with engineers during experimentation and evaluations in REC technology labs and production lines.
The candidate should be a motivated, hands-on process and characterization expert to bring the next generation technology up to production level.
Also engaged in designing/specifying equipment requirements for setting up the production line.
Monitors external developments in the field relevant to REC’s business success.
Responsibilities
Bring expertise in Perovskite-Si Tandem solar cell and module development, materials characterization and integration to increase efficiency and reliability.
Design, evaluate and specify the tool requirements for setting up the production line.
Manage all delegated projects and report status.
Keep up-to-date on new external developments on processes and materials for Tandem solar cells.
Develop a network with experts in Singapore and abroad in the field.
Qualifications and Skills
PhD degree in Engineering or Science
Prefer 10 years of experience in industry (thin-film, display, Perovskite)
Knowledge and hands-on experience in Perovskite-Si Tandem solar cell processes, materials and integration
