The Opportunity
We are hiring 2 HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support Agoda’s Commercial, and CEG teams.
Each vacancy is dedicated to a specific business group, and the interview process will be conducted under one unified recruitment track.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Customer Experience Group will serve as a proactive and insightful business partner to Agoda’s Customer Experience Group organizations.
For the Commercial function, the role will be a strategic and proactive partner to Agoda’s Supply and Strategic Partnerships teams.
(The Supply team builds and grows relationships with accommodation partners through data-driven insights and strategic support; the Strategic Partnerships team drives brand awareness and customer engagement through collaborations with non-accommodation partners).
This role is responsible for driving people strategies, supporting organizational effectiveness, and enabling leadership and talent development in alignment with Agoda’s business objectives.
The HRBP will work closely with business leaders, People team Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other HRBPs to deliver on people priorities and support Agoda’s evolving business needs.
